Customise your Antarès helmet

Unleash your creative talents, customising without limits

Antarès riding helmets can be fully customised. This applies to the colour of the shell, leather and topstitching, although you can choose from lots of possible customised combinations for our range of helmets. In fact, the headbands, helmet plates and triangles on Antarès riding helmets are interchangeable: With parts from other helmets in the range. For example, choose a glossy headband on a matt finish helmet or a matt finish helmet plate to replace a chrome one. With coloured parts: Orange, yellow, pink, red, blue, etc. or even exclusive customised parts, such as a logo, flag or initials. The possibilities are endless.

Nevertheless, the helmet is first and foremost a highly technical piece of equipment that keeps you safe. Any changes made to customisable parts on your helmet should carefully considered. This video shows you how to change the parts on your helmet without damaging it.

1. Customise your Antarès helmet : options

Antarès riding helmets in the Reference, Galaxy and Premium collections can be partly customised. First, choose your helmet visor. Be careful though, as this isn’t interchangeable, so must select your style when buying your helmet.

Visor options include:

The classic visor, which meets the standard size requirements of riding helmets.
The Eclipse visor: this very popular, feminine and elegant visor is longer and wider. It also protects your eyes from the sunlight. The helmet is also available as an option with 3 strass.
It also comes in a visorless version, mainly used by racing jockeys. The visorless version can also be used for cross country events.
The cross visor: very stylish and 1.5 cm shorter for a more sporty look.

Other aesthetic parts of the helmet can be changed when you want.

Helmet plate: attached to the front of the helmet and available in a range of colours.
Headband: again available in a range of colours and can also be customised on request with a logo or any other inscription.
Triangle: this feature is on the back of the helmet and also comes in various colours or you can add an inscription

2. Customise your Antarès helmet : the headband and helmet plate

The helmet plate is under the headband, on the front of the helmet, and unclips easily. First, press firmly down on the three anchor points under the visor which hold the helmet plate in place. This releases the helmet plate. You can then remove it. Now, choose a new colour and clip it back on.

The headband is available from stock in a wide range of colours and can be customised on request with a logo or any other inscription. Firstly, unclip the helmet plate. Remove the headband by lifting it from the base. Reposition the new headband starting by firmly inserting it at the top of the helmet. Clip it on, by the ergo, in the centre of the headband. Make sure the headband is correctly positioned before clipping on the helmet plate.

3. Customise your Antarès helmet : the triangle

The triangle on the back of the helmet is available from stock in a wide range of colours and can also be customised on request, with a logo or any other inscription.
To change the triangle, take a 2 mm allen key. Loosen the three screws at the tips of the triangle. Remove the triangle and replace it with a new one, making sure it is positioned in line with the arrow. Insert the three screws in the tips of the triangle and tighten.
