Article 1 – Application

The following conditions of sales apply without reservation to all the sales conducted by Antares Distribution with customers wanting to purchase products sold by the seller on the website: The conditions of sales define the conditions of order, payment, shipment, and the management of returns.

The products listed on the Antares website are for sale to the following countries:

Metropolitan France

For orders outside of France, the client becomes the importer of products.
For all orders to ship outside of the European Union and the DOM TOM, the price of a product will be calculated without sales tax.
Importation tax or other local sales tax may apply to the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 2 – Orders

Creating an account

For all orders, the client (buyer) must create an account with the following:

The buyer will be able to view past and current orders. The buyer can access his or her account with a login and a password.

Should the client decide to first select a product without an account, the client will have to create an account at the time of the order.

Order validation

The sale will occur once the payment is received and the client confirms the order.

All orders processed via the website: establish a contract between the buyer and the seller. The client can view the order on their account.
Items sold on the website are for customers only. Antares Sellier website can refuse orders of big quantities.


Article 3 – Prices

Prices of the products are listed on the website and during the order process. The prices are final during the order process. Prices are subject to change by the seller, outside of the order process. The price of the products do not include service and transportation fees.

A client can order via a quote, in this case, the client must pay 50% of the quoted price and pay the rest before the order is shipped.

An invoice is created and emailed to the client during the shipping of the ordered product(s).


Article 4 – Conditions of payment

The order must be paid in entirety when accepting the order by credit card, PayPal, wire transfer.

Article 5 – Shipping

Ordered product can ship to France and Europe (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Great-Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latonia, Lithuania, Romania, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland). For all other countries, the shipping costs will be indicated in the shipping information listed on the product description.

All products ordered will be shipped at once, unless otherwise indicated. Should there be delays due to low stock, the seller will notify the buyer. If the product has not yet shipped after 3 weeks of the order, due to causes not linked to the client, the sale may be cancelled by the client’s request. A written request must be emailed to the customer service. In this case, the payment will be credited onto client’s account within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

Delivery is made within 14 days of the entry into stock of the products for France.

The client recognizes that the delivery is made by a third party, and that if there are delays caused by the transporter, the transporter is responsible.

If the client wants a particular packaging or transportation, costs attributed to such demand will be adjusted and added onto the invoice.

The client must verify the package once delivered. If the package shows defects or damages, the client has 8 days to send a claim. The claim must be sent via certified mail. Past the 8 days, the delivery of the package will be considered done and no claim will be accepted.

If the package shows a defect that damaged the product, the seller will refund or exchange the damaged good.


Article 6 – Property transfer

Property transfer is done when the product is ordered and payed for by the buyer and delivered to the buyer.


Article 7 – Period of Withdrawal

7.1 General provisions

The client has a timeframe of 14 days from the delivery of the product to return a product cause or having to pay a fee. The client must return the product(s) unused and in original packaging within 14 days from the withdrawal notice sent to the seller.

Returns must be done in their original packaging, unused and with a copy of the invoice.

Used, damaged or stained products will not be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping cost for returned unused products is at the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange or refund will be made within 14 days from the reception of the unused product to the seller’s company.

7.2 special cases

By way of derogation from Article 7.1 and in accordance with Article L.121-28 3° of the Consumer Code transposing Article 16c of Directive 2011/83/EU of 25 October 2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the customer has no right of withdrawal in case of request of personalization of his product (engraving of a text in particular) to the extent that this product is clearly customized and manufactured by the Company according to the customer’s specifications mentioned in the order form.


Article 8 – Seller’s responsibility – Warranty

Products sold on the website: conform to France’s commercial regulation. The products available on our website benefit from:

A warranty on defects to cover any defects from material or damaged products from shipment

A warranty if the product ordered does not correspond with that is received.

To state the claim, the buyer must contact the seller about the issue within seven days from the day of the delivery of the product.

The seller will replace, refund or will fix the products under non-conformity warranty. Shipping costs will be refunded to the client according to the shipping price list and upon presentation of the receipts.

The refunds of non-conform products or defective products will be done promptly after receiving the said product and within 14 days following the confirmation by the seller of the defect/damage of the product. The refund will be done by crediting the buyer’s credit card or by issuing a check to the buyer.

The seller is not responsible for the following:

Non-respect of the buyer’s country’s commercial legislation. The buyer is responsible for verifying the legislation of their country.

Damages to product in relation to improper use or care, accident or wear and tear by the buyer.

Products purchased online via can benefit from a contractual warranty. Saddles benefit from a contractual warranty in which ANTARES DISTRIBUTION guarantees a warranty of two years on the leather and five years on the tree.


Article 9 – Information studies and liberty

Per Law 78-17 from January 6, 1978, it is reminded that the data requested from the buyer are necessary to the process of the orders and invoices.
The data can be communicated to partners of the seller.
The information process communicated via the website: was declared to the CNIL (National Commission for data protection and liberty). The client can have access to the data, and can change, modify or cancel their personal data.


Article 10 – Intellectual Property

The website contents are owned by the seller and its partners and is protected by International and French laws in relation to Intellectual Property.
Any reproduction is strictly forbidden and can lead to a counterfeit crime.

The seller is the owner of the intellectual property rights for the pictures, presentations, drawings, prototypes, etc. realized (even per the request of the client) to provide a service to a client.

The client has no rights of reproduction or utilizing the pictures, presentations, drawings, prototypes etc. without a written authorization from the seller. The seller can charge a fee.


Article 11 – Language

The listed terms and conditions of sales are written and submitted to the French Law. In the case that the terms and conditions of sales are written in a different language, only the French version will prevail in case of litigation.

Article 13 – Post-contractual Information – Client Acceptation

The client recognizes that he/she has been notified of the terms and conditions of sales at the time of the order, in particular for:

Information related to retraction, cancellation or other contractual condition.
