Information about shipping

Shipping

Antares ships worldwide : France, Europe (EU member and non-member countries) and the rest of the world.

Shipping Costs

  • For France : 10€ TTC up to 150€ of purchase. For purchases over 150€, shipping is free.
  • For Europe (EU member countries) + Switzerland : 24€ TTC up to 350€ of purchase. For purchases over 350€, shipping is free.
  • For Europe (EU non member countries) : 30€ regardless the amount of the purchase.
  • For the rest of the world, shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the amount of the order. The final amount will be indicated before validating the order.

Transportation

Transportation varies depending on your location. For France and Europe, La Poste (Colissimo) or Geodis are available.

When using La Poste, if you are not available to receive the package, a notice of delivery will be placed in your mailbox. You will be able to pick up your package directly at La Poste using the notice of delivery. If you fail to pick up the package within the hold timeframe, it will be returned to Antares.

When using Geodis, you will be contacted by the driver by email or text message to confirm the delivery appointment.

For other countries, it is a case by case scenario.

Delivery time

Antares will process the order when it is confirmed and paid. Depending on product availability, the shipping will be processed within 2 to 3 days following the confirmation of order with payment.

The delivery time depends on the delivery location

– France : Up to 14 business days
– Europe : Up to 20 business days
– Other countries : upon request

If a selected product is out of stock, the client will be contacted by Antares:

– to propose you an equivalent
– to communicate a restocking date
– to cancel your order

Returns

In accordance with current legal legislation, customers have fourteen days upon receipt of delivery, to exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting the vendor. They need not give a reason or pay a financial penalty to exchange items or to be refunded provided that the products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within the fourteen days after notifying the vendor of their decision to withdraw.

Goods must be returned with their sales invoice and in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be resold as new. Damaged, spoiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.

Leather items must not be oiled and/or used.

Riding helmets must not be worn. Helmets must be returned complete (including foam packaging) in their original box.  Upon reception, they will be quality-controlled for safety precautions.

The material parts must be unwashed and returned in their original packaging.

The right to withdraw from a sales contract can be exercised online by completing a return form available here. The vendor will immediately send the customer an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, or any other clearly worded statement expressing the customer’s decision to withdraw from the sales contract.

Should the customer exercise their right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.

The cost of returning the product to the vendor remains at the expense of the customer.

The vendor will provide exchanges (subject to availability) or refunds within eight days upon receiving the returned goods from the customer in compliance with conditions provided in the present article.

Customers requiring refunds must send Antarès Sellier their bank account details.

Delivery delay

Antares is not responsible for shipping delays. It is not permitted for the customer to cancel the purchase, refuse the package, or claim damages if the delivery is delayed.
