Antarès Sellier, a manufacturer of top-of-the-range riding saddles and accessories for professionals and private individuals, based in Saintes in the Charente-Maritime region, is looking for :

An Export Sales representative Assistant

Job description :

  • Follow up B2B customers from order taking to invoicing.
  • Registering and processing orders and following them through to delivery.
  • Manage shipping: request transport quotes, organise transport, manage incoterms and monitor deliveries
  • Edit, check and forward sales invoices and other commercial documents to customers and carriers
  • Acting as the interface between the sales representative in the field, the customers and the company’s various departments.
  • Help to deal with disputes (breakages, missing items, delays) in collaboration with the quality department and sales staff
  • Ensuring that order management procedures are properly applied and that price lists are adhered to
  • Follow up and manage e-mails.
  • Manage and monitor customer balances and collections.

Additional information :

The place of work is in Les Gonds (Charente-Maritime). We are offering a 6-month fixed-term contract that could lead to a permanent contract.

Knowledge
of an ERP system such as SAGE would be a plus.
Fluent English essential.
Approximate salary: To be determined according to profile.
Working hours: 35 hours per week.
