This offer is made by Antarès Sellier USA, 210 21st St., Suite C, Purcellville, VA, 20132, USA and Antarès Sellier Canada, 220 Main St., Schomberg ON, L0G 1T0, Canada hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
To be eligible to receive this offer:
• The Organizer must receive a completed and confirmed order of an Antarès Sellier custom-made saddle, with no applied discount(s), between July 1 2024 and August 31 2024.
• The order must be made with an Antarès Sellier Representative/Fitter in the United States of America (herein after “USA”) or Canada.
• the customer must reside in the USA or Canada.
The offer-voucher consists of:
• A $150 discount on the purchase of Any Antarès Sellier accessories, with a minimum purchase of $300.00 of accessories, for customers in the USA or Canada, in their respective currencies.
Delivery Method:
• Customers will be made aware of this offer-voucher at time of order by their respective Antarès Sellier Representative/Fitter.
• Offer-voucher can either be applied at the time of the custom-made saddle & accessories order or will be delivered via email for use until the expiry date.
Redemption Method:
• For USA and Canada customers, voucher can be redeemed only with the Antarès Sellier Representative/Fitter.
• Vouchers are not redeemable at any Store, Dealer, Retailer or Distributor of Antarès Sellier products.
Validity and Exclusions:
• Voucher expires and must be redeemed by October 31 2024.
• Voucher is only valid to the recipient and is not transferable.
• Vouchers are valid on all Antarès Sellier products except Antarès Sellier Reference-model helmets, leather-care products, saddles, any prior account balances, and shipping fees.
• Voucher has no cash value.
• No change, cash-back or credit will be issued for partial redemption, except where required by law.
• Offer-voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
• Offer-vouchers are security coded and the Organizer, together with customer, will maintain record of issued offer-voucher. However, the Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
• Duplicate use, sale or trade of offer-voucher is prohibited.
• Should saddle order be cancelled or saddle returned, the full value of this voucher, if used, will be reduced from any deposit or payment.
• Should saddle order be cancelled or saddle returned, the full value of this voucher, if not used, will be voided.
• The Organizer has the right to null and void offer-voucher if fraud is suspected.
