Description of the elastic breastplate
The elastic breastplate keeps the saddle stable and properly balanced. It also offers plenty of freedom of movement, on the flat or when show jumping. The wide elastic sections and soft leather yoke provide optimal comfort for the horse.
The breastplate has two snap hooks attached to an adjustable leather strap to easily attach to the saddle rings.
Advantage of the elastic breastplate
Using a breastplate is a good idea if your saddle slips backwards when riding.
It can also be used in addition to other reins, such as draw reins, standing martingale or running martingales.

French leather

How to maintain your elastic breastplate ?
Even if your elastic breastplate are not completely made of leather, it is wise to take good care of them for their good duration in time.
Saddle soap
To maintain the leather strength and suppleness, clean your elastic breastplat after each use. Apply our soap with a damp sponge.
Leather conditioner
Once or twice a month, moisturize your clean leather with the conditioner. To do this, use a clean tissue or sponge.
Leather oil
Once or twice a year, soften your elastic breastplat with our leather oil. Apply the product with a brush.
