Precision rubber reins with elastic description
These 16 mm wide reins made of supple rubber feature an elasticated section between the rein hand and the bit loop.
The side elastics protect the horse's mouth from possible brutal or not well performed hand actions. They improve the comfort and stability of the contact between the horse's mouth and the hand, whatever the level of the rider.
The contact will be made first by the elastic, the relation with the horse' mouth is softer. For more complicated situations, the leather part helps for a stronger contact. This is the perfect product for a rider with a raw hand.
Corrective actions, especially for jumping : it prevents from the absence of contact with the horse's mouth. For example if the rider moves his hands too far when approaching the fence.
The reins are particularly suited to experienced riders and help keep the horse relaxed.
They also feature bit loops and stainless steel buckles linking the reins.

These reins are available in black leather with black stitching and malt leather with beige stitching.
The size of the reins is 16mm.
French leather

How to maintain your precision rubber reins with elastic ?
Even if your reins are not completely made of leather, it is wise to take good care of them for their good duration in time.
Glycerin soap
To maintain the strength and suppleness of the leather, clean your reins after each use.
Apply the soap with a damp sponge.
Leather conditioner
Hydrate your reins with the conditioner 1 to 2 times a month. For this, use a clean cloth or sponge.
Leather oil
Soften your leathers with leather oil 1 to 2 times a year. Apply the product with a brush.
