Recruitment of a Saddle Expert / Sales Rep MIDWEST

Antares Sellier U.S.A. is a premier purveyor of fine, high-performance French saddles and equestrian
products, dedicated to serving the needs of equestrian enthusiasts and their horses with top-quality
products and exceptional service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth through effective customer relationship management
and strategic sales initiatives.

Your primary role ? Take care of your clients and their horses and boost revenue growth and customeracquisition levels. You’ll do this by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You’ll alsofoster fruitful relationships with clients and sponsors.

Key Missions:

• Develop and implement saddle fitting skills thanks to our Antares training & technical team support.
• Be the face of Antares at horse shows and major events
• Identify potential leads, fit our products and close deals.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients and trainers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.

Who we’re looking for :

• Proven field sales experience.
• Empathy driven and excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of English Riding and passionate about horses and equestrian sports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organization skills
• Ready to spend time on the road visiting barns and horse shows.
