Job Overview :

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper seeking a rewarding full-time position?
We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper and administrative assistant to join our
dynamic team!

Your Primary Role :

• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.
• Prepare and process payroll, including related tax filings and compliance.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
• Manage sales tax, payroll tax, and other tax filings as required.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with external accountants during annual audits or tax preparation.
• Respond to financial.

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency accounting software and Microsoft (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com, AvaTax, Excel, etc…)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to improve efficiency and productivity with technology solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
