Every saddle at Antarès Sellier captures the finest French craftsmanship. Our custom saddles are carefully and lovingly hand-crafted by our saddlers at our workshop in Charente-Maritime. We only use the very best French leather with a focus on a soft yet sturdy feel. We recycle our leather off-cuts to make other riding tack as part of our environmental pledge to make production more sustainable.

Jumping saddles

Our jumping saddles are designed to meet the needs of show jumpers.

The jumping saddle provides riders with perfect balance and freedom to move.

You can play on appearance and function to customise your jumping saddle.

Colour customisation

We provide a range of options to match your custom saddle to your personal style or your stable’s branding:

• Logo colour to make a subtle or strong statement (not available for the XA label option)

• Contrast or tone-on-tone stitching

• Rear piping and centre piping colour

• XA Label: only available for buffalo leather or calfskin-lined saddles This finish stands out for its softness and comfort. Foam leather upper flap to free up the knees, improve contact and leg position.
  • Padded lower flaps in smooth or soft leather: protection for areas prone to wear and tear to improve durability.
  • Special option for stirrup keepers: available to customise in the same colours as the logo.

  • Custom stirrup keeper colour available without the XA Label option.

Monoflap saddles

The custom Antarès monoflap saddle is made for riders who want to fine-tune their riding aids and have more direct contact with their horse. The sleeker design enables riders to better feel the horse’s movements whilst maintaining a close and natural seat. Our monoflap saddles are popular at both cross country and show jumping courses.

• Stirrup keeper colour: from classic metal or glossy black to flashy fuchsia and Antarès blue

• Custom rear and centre piping

Dressage saddles

Our dressage saddles are designed for dressage riders who want a stable position without sacrificing the horse’s natural gait. The idea is to move with the horse and provide a precise yet relaxed position.
