It’s been 25 years since our bold vision came to light. We’re working harder than ever to capture the perfect blend of fine craftsmanship and creativity to give both horse and rider the ultimate in comfort and sporting performance. 25 years striving towards excellence. From the outset, we wanted to join forces with competitors and work with them to push the boundaries of performance with custom riding saddles. We’ve supported generations of riders over the last 25 years, from the hottest new talent to the greatest world champions. Every saddle we’ve made encapsulates our deep respect for craftsmanship, high standards and the wellbeing of both horse and rider.

  • We’ve chosen to make our 25 anniversary saddles with two legendary tanneries famous for the strength and character of their leather: Carriat and Bastin & Fils.

  • Bastin and Tannerie Cariat are icons in the industry, making their luxury leather the perfect choice to celebrate our first quarter of a century. Their leather was specially adapted for the anniversary saddle to meet the style specifications of our design. This model epitomises an enduring collaboration built on the same values: quality, tradition and passion for the craft. Bastin & Fils is one of the last in the world to keep this craft alive and is now a recognised Living Heritage Company. Every hide is painstakingly tanned by hand with specific steps such as soaking, liming, currying and hammering to produce leather of the finest quality.

This premium beige leather brings the past and present together with gold leather inserts reminiscent of medals. The two tanneries and Antarès Sellier have pooled their expertise to bring to life this stunning showcase. Antarès has been working with Carriat since we founded the company. The tannery was founded almost a century ago in Espelette and the Basque business has the same values for excellence and innovation as us. Carriat is renowned for its expert mineral tanning process that produces soft, strong and sophisticated leather. The high-end leather is prized for its soft feel and used for parts in direct contact with the rider: knee rolls and seat.
