Recruitment of a saddles and accessories product manager

As part of its growth, Antarès Sellier France is seeking to appoint a saddles and accessories product manager.

Reporting to the Innovation R&D Manager and working closely with the Antarès R&D, marketing and sales teams, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research and monitoring,
  • Devising the product strategy in connection with the Group’s market growth strategy,
  • Developing a product development and modification plan,
  • Overseeing field trials and feedback analysis,
  • Developing a product launch plan.

Product manager profile

Holding a qualification in sales/communication, you should:

  • Be a rider yourself and be perfectly familiar with horse riding,
  • Be an active listener and have good interpersonal skills,
  • Be inquisitive and always on the look out for new developments,
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Be able to organise your daily duties and manage your priorities,
  • Be able to demonstrate eagerness and awareness for product design,
  • Be fluent in French (and German),
  • Have at least a standard driving licence (Permis B).

You will be a key member working in a vibrant and outgoing team to ensure the success of future products and brand appeal.

Additionnal information

The post is a permanent contract based in Saintes, Charente-Maritime, but will require regular business trips in France and throughout Europe.
